Shipping

TheraBreath NZ Ltd will accept orders only from New Zealand with other countries on application. (We reserve the right to accept orders at our discretion.)

NZ deliveries are usually delivered within 3 - 5 business days of placing your order. All orders are sent signature required courier delivery via New Zealand Couriers and can be tracked through their track & trace website - www.nzcouriers.co.nz/html/tt_popup.html - you need a Ticket Product Code and Ticket Number which we are happy to provide to you on request should you have not received it in your order shipping confirmation.

Delivery charges are a flat $10.00 incl gst for tracked courier delivery, no matter the size of the order, this is added on top of your product cost.

Returns

lf for any reason you would like to exchange your order please contact us through the "Contact Us" page and we will advise you of the procedure to follow. We can only give refunds and exchanges on goods that are in the original packaging, unused and where contacted within 7 days of receipt.

Purchases through this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which states that goods purchased for personal use may be returned if they are considered faulty, and may be replaced or refunded provided the return occurs within a reasonable amount of time as defined by the Act.

The procedure to follow for lost or damaged goods or if your order is incorrect is as follows:

• In the first instance please contact us through the "Contact Us" page, we will either phone or email you back regarding your order.
• Please do not mail the goods back to us until we have advised you to do so.
